Taco Bell CrunchWrap Remix

If you’re like me, then you love Taco Bell Crunch wraps. They are the perfect blend of flavors and textures, and they always hit the spot. But sometimes you get a little tired of the same old thing or want a break from going out for fast food. That’s where this remix recipe comes in! In this post, we will show you how to make a Crunch wrap that is both delicious and easy to make with a single trip to the grocery store. So don’t wait any longer – get out your skillet and start cooking!

The Tortillas

This remix will need burrito-sized flour tortillas. Depending on the size of your flour tortilla or tostada shells you may need to use one flour tortilla and a quarter of a second tortilla to make your crunch wrap.

Tostada Shells

Taco Bell CrunchWrap Remix

This is where the crunch in crunch wrap comes from and is essential to this remix. You can choose any tostada shell that you like.

Beef

In this remix, I’m using 93% lean ground beef in order to keep the calories down but you can use any variation of ground beef you like or even try changing it up and using ground turkey.

Cheese Sauce

Taco Bell CrunchWrap Remix

This is completely up to your preference. I am using regular Tostitos queso cheese for this recipe but any jarred or canned nacho cheese sauce should work just fine.

Sour Cream

Taco Bell CrunchWrap Remix

I’m using light sour cream in this recipe in order to keep the calories down but you can use regular or switch it up and use some nonfat Greek yogurt.

Lettuce

It wouldn’t be a crunch wrap without lettuce. Trying to keep it as close to the original as possible we are using shredded iceberg lettuce but feel free to use whatever you prefer.

Tomoatoes

I prefer to use freshly diced tomatoes for this recipe but you could also use canned diced tomatoes, just make sure to drain them before adding them to the crunch wrap.

Directions:

  1. Dice tomato and shred lettuce. Set aside until needed.
  2. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat and brown beef. Add taco seasoning packet and prepare as seasoning directs.
  3. Place tortilla on prep surface. Add 1-2 tablespoons cheese sauce evenly in the center of your tortilla and then add roughly 1/4 cup or 1/8 of your beef evenly over the cheese.
