Ingredients:
- 8 Ounces Elbow Macaroni Pasta
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 Celery Sticks Diced
- 1 Whole Pickle Diced
- 1 Ranch Seasoning Packet
- 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1-2 TSP Olive Oil

- Cook and drain pasta as directed on the packaging and place pasta in a mixing bowl. Add 1-2 TSP of olive oil and stir to prevent the noodles from sticking.
