  1. Prepare your chicken cutlets on a cutting board by trimming them to your desired size and remove any excess moisture with a paper towel, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  5. Dip chicken one piece at a time in egg wash and then into the breading mix until covered. Then repeat this process one more time and place chicken on cutting board or prep surface until your ready to fry.
  6. Spray both sides of the chicken lightly with cooking spray and place in air fryer.
  7. Cook 5-7 minutes per side or until chicken is 165 degrees.
  8. Prepare your toppings while your chicken is cooking.
  9. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
